Each year more than 300 generous folks lend their hearts and shoulders to Florence Crittenton Services

In November, FCS and Youth Yoga Dharma begins a collaborative effort to bring meditative skills to job-training participants. As part of the current LEAP cycle, participants will learn to how to manage day-to-day stresses and develop a growing sense of peacefulness. Headquartered in Daly City, YYD offers meditation and yoga skills to disadvantaged youth throughout the Bay Area. For more information, go to www.youthyogadharma.org.
